BREAKFAST PIZZA

This Breakfast Pizza is easy to make with red, white and blue berries, a creamy topping on a delicious gluten free crust.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Old Fashioned Oats

Oat Flour

Honey

Coconut Oil

Greek Yogurt

Maple Syrup

Blackberries

BASE

TOPPING

Vanilla Extract

Raspberries

Cinnamon

Strawberries

Blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven;  to 350 F & grease cake pan.

BASE

Combine the base ingredients; spread into the prepared pan & press firmly.

Bake for 10 minutes; allow to cool completely.

Combine yogurt, honey & vanilla. Spread over the cool crust.

BAKE & COOL

Decorate with fresh berries. Enjoy immediately or place in the fridge to cool and set.

DECORATE

Make the crust the night before then layer with yogurt & fruit in the morning.

TOP TIPS

Use coconut flakes & almond flour in the base for low carb/keto/paleo

Instead of yogurt, you can also try sugar-free cream cheese or buttercream topping!
