KEY INGREDIENTS

Greek Yogurt

Parmesan

Olive Oil

Lemon Juice

GF Pasta

Romaine Lettuce

DRESSING

SALAD

Dijon Mustard

Worcestershire Sauce

Cherry Tomatoes

Onion

Basil

Chicken Breast

Anchovy Paste

In a processor or blender; add all the dressing ingredients and puree until smooth.

DRESSING

Mix the pasta with dressing; cover and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

ASSEMBLE

Toss in the rest of the ingredients & remainder of the dressing.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and optional croutons.

SERVE

Serve immediately or cover and chill in the fridge for up to 3 hours.

For the dressing, you could also add the ingredients to a jar and vigorously mix.
