Classic deviled eggs

This Classic Deviled Eggs  recipe comes together quickly with hard boiled eggs and makes the perfect appetizer for Easter, Mother’s Day, holiday parties, summer barbecues and potlucks.

Hard Boiled Eggs Vegan Mayonnaise Dijon Mustard Apple Cider Vinegar Paprika Chopped Chives  Parsley Salt & Pepper



Place the eggs in a large pot filled with cold water, making sure to cover the eggs with water. Bring to a rolling boil. Then turn off the heat, cover with a lid and remove from heat. When eggs are almost done, give them an ice bath.

Peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Scoop out the egg yolks with a spoon and place into a large bowl. Place the egg whites on a large serving platter.

Mash the yolks then add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until smooth. Use a piping bag to pipe the yolk mixture into egg white halves.

Top with a sprinkle of paprika and garnish with chives and parsley and enjoy!
