INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Line an 8x8" pan with parchment paper.  In a saucepan melt the almond butter, honey, and coconut oil together. Bring to a boil until thickened then add vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

Stir in the oats, crisped rice cereal, the shredded coconut, and water. Mix until well combined. Put the mixture in the pan and press until flattened. Add almonds and other add-ins.

Bake the bars at 325° for 21-25 minutes. Once the bars are cooled feel free to serve. There is also a no-bake option,  place in the freezer for an hour. Then you can serve them once they are hardened.
