Rolled Oats | Chia Seeds Almond Milk | Greek Yogurt  Pumpkin Puree | Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract | Ground Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Spice

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl add the almond milk, yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.

Stir in the oats, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Be sure to taste if it needs more maple syrup!

Pour into a glass container and place in the fridge overnight.  Enjoy cold or heat up in the microwave or stove-top.

Top your overnight oats with some whipped cream, yogurt, pecans, or cinnamon.
