Happy Friday guys! So glad we made it through the week. Hopefully, the weather is nice and sunny where you are and if not, these bright lemon desserts are sure to bring some sunshine your way.
Lemons are my absolute favorite! The fresh scent and bright color immediately makes me happy and full of sunny thoughts. It’s such a light and tasty fruit and there are so many things you can make with it.
They are especially delightful in desserts and I’ve gathered up 15 recipes where lemon takes center stage from some of my blogging friends. Many of them pack a big punch of that sweet and tangy lemon flavor and are so fitting for any lemon lover like myself. Be still my beating heart Kelly. I’ll say “yes” to a lemony treat any day. We desperately need a heavy dose of sunshine and springtime weather here in Boston (i’m so jealous of other areas that have already had a healthy dose of this).
