    Sorry – re-sending as I’m not sure if the last comment came through.

    Hi Kelly, I’ve just seen your recipe for Healthy Cashew Chicken on Facebook and have subsequently subscribed to your website.

    Can you tell me if the chicken can be marinated overnight using the sauce in the recipe please.

      Hi Annette, thanks for stopping by and welcome! So happy to have you here. Yes, you can definitely marinate the chicken overnight minus the cornstarch or arrowroot starch. Remove chicken from fridge at least 1 hour before you plan to cook it and add the starch 10-20 minutes before you saute chicken. Hope that helps.
