Happy Friday guys! So glad we made it through the week. Hopefully, the weather is nice and sunny where you are and if not, these bright lemon desserts are sure to bring some sunshine your way.
Lemons are my absolute favorite! The fresh scent and bright color immediately makes me happy and full of sunny thoughts. It’s such a light and tasty fruit and there are so many things you can make with it.
They are especially delightful in desserts and I’ve gathered up 15 recipes where lemon takes center stage from some of my blogging friends. Many of them pack a big punch of that sweet and tangy lemon flavor and are so fitting for any lemon lover like myself. Now I know what I’m craving! Lemon is one of those flavors that always works and you don’t regret ordering that lemon dessert after dinner (though predictably, I always go with chocolate). I will have to work lemon and chocolate together to fix my craving now. : ) I have been thinking about it so you read my mind.
