These 20 bright and beautiful macarons are just what we need to welcome the first day of spring and celebrate Macaron Day!
Spring is finally in the air! After what’s felt like a long winter (and week), I’m so excited for the warmer weather, longer days and lighter layers 🙂
Another thing worth celebrating? March 20th is also International Macaron Day! It was started in 2005 by legendary pastry chef Pierre Hermé. The intention was to get people into the bakery to try out a macaron as well as give money to charity while they were there.
If you can’t make it out to a local participating bakery today, I’ve compiled a roundup of 20 Melt-in-your Mouth Macarons from a few bloggers that you can whip up at home for every occasion.
Head over HERE to Parade – Community Table to launch the gallery.

I’ve sorta never made a macaron before but I need to because everyone else is! I can’t decide which one to choose first!

These macarons LOOK so delicious!! <3 What a wonderful way to welcome spring, Kelly! I'm always in awe of the bright and colourful macarons in the shop windows in Brussels here – they always look so gorgeous and inviting! Pinned and have a wonderful weekend! Happy 1st day of spring!
