SO HOW DO YOU MAKE THESE CHICKEN STIR-FRY NOODLES
- You’re going to start off by soaking the rice noodles in a [amazon_textlink asin=’B002NQNBRI’ text=’big bowl’ template=’ProductLink’ store=’lifmadswe09-20′ marketplace=’US’ link_id=’ef209cd6-3e8e-11e8-af87-edad050986ab’] of hot water. The great thing about rice noodles is that they are gluten free and are ready in about 8 minutes. The ones I used for this recipe are about 1/4″ thick like you would find in Pad Thai or Pho. You can usually find them in the Asian aisle at most large grocery stores.
- Next, you’re going to brown the chicken over medium-high heat in a [amazon_textlink asin=’B001BSOX62′ text=’large wok’ template=’ProductLink’ store=’lifmadswe09-20′ marketplace=’US’ link_id=’f9b53311-3e8e-11e8-8df1-478b930b766d’] or skillet then transfer to a plate. Saute the ginger, garlic and vegetables until they are just crisp tender.
- A well-balanced and flavorful sauce is the most crucial component when you want to make a memorable noodle dish. The base of this sauce starts with Soy Vay®’s Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade and Sauce. It’s deliciously sweet, savory and we combined it with a hint of orange and red chili paste to add an unexpected sweet tang and kick of heat
- All that’s left to do is toss everything up in the pan until coated and heated through.
Serve hot with some roasted cashews along with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and you’ve got a mouthwatering dish for National Sauce Month or any spring occasion!
