BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are easy to make with tender chicken, buffalo sauce and gooey cheese over gluten-free Hawaiian-style rolls.

For The Sliders

Cooked chicken

Mozzarella

Buffalo sauce

Hawaiian Rolls

Crumbled Feta

Butter Topping

Butter Melted

Dried basil

Dried Oregano

Choice of Toppings

Romaine Lettuce

Cucumber/tomato onion/olives

MAKE THE SLIDERS

Split buns in half. Place one half in bottom of greased baking dish.

Combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Layer the buns with chicken, crumbled feta, and a layer of fresh mozzarella slices.

Make the melted butter topping: In a small bowl, Mix together the butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

BAKE

Add the bun lids and melted butter topping. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.

SLICE & SERVE

Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan, if desired. Sliders are best warm and fresh.
