Italian Chicken Bruschetta Sliders are the perfect easy appetizers for feeding a crowd. Best of all, they come together in less than 30 minutes with tender chicken, juicy tomatoes and gooey cheese. Plus recipe video.
With picnic and patio season kicking off, pasta salads and bite-sized sliders are perfect for serving a crowd. I am always on the lookout for quick recipes and these Chicken Bruschetta Sliders couldn’t be easier to whip up. I love that you can make a ton of different variations and can customize each one using what you have on hand.
The best part though? These sliders come together CRAZY FAST when you use a rotisserie chicken. Or you can also cook chicken breasts on the grill or in your slow cooker and shred them — still easy!
Assemble the Chicken Bruschetta Sliders
Start by making the bruschetta topping by combining diced tomatoes with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and balsamic vinegar.
Assemble the sliders by placing the slider buns on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Top with provolone, shredded chicken, the bruschetta topping and a layer of fresh mozzarella slices.
Place the top buns in on top and brush on some melted garlic butter over everything and sprinkle it with a little Italian seasoning. That butter seeps into the bread as it cooks and turns it into an amazing garlic bread for these chicken bruschetta sliders.
Set these little gems out at parties, events, on game days, or as an after-school snack and you’ll hear plenty of oohs and ahhs.
