KEY INGREDIENTS

Almond Milk Greek-style Yogurt  Banana Strawberries OPTIONAL: protein powder cashew butter sweetener flax seeds or chia seeds 

ADD IN INGREDIENTS

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender in order that they appear.

BLEND...BLEND...BLEND

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid as needed to thin out or add more frozen fruit, ice, avocado, or banana to thicken.  Taste & add sweetener, if desired
