Apple Baked Oatmeal is a healthy feel-good breakfast that’s easy to throw together in advance for busy fall mornings. Made with chopped apples, cozy cinnamon, chewy rolled oats and crunchy chopped walnuts, no one can say no to this sweet breakfast casserole.
In a large bowl whisk the eggs, apple sauce, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk until combined. Then add the baking powder, cinnamon, and allspice. Stir in the oats, apples, and walnuts.
Spread batter into the prepared baking pan. Top with additional walnuts, plus raisins if desired. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
Once the apple baked oatmeal is no longer jiggly let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
