Asparagus bundles

These easy Asparagus Bundles are made with fresh asparagus and dairy-free cheese are wrapped in a flaky puff pastry shell and baked until the veggies are tender-crisp, the cheese is melty and the pastry is golden.

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS 

Preheat the oven to 400˚. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash and trim the ends of the asparagus.

Drizzle the asparagus with oil and season with salt and pepper, garlic powder and dried oregano. Toss to combine. Cut the pastry into 6 equal squares. Turn each square and make it look like a diamond.

Spread cream cheese onto the center of each diamond. Place a slice of cheese on top. Place 3-4 asparagus stalks vertically in the middle. Fold pastry over the asparagus.

Freeze the bundles for 5 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.   Serve and Enjoy!
