Spiral Sliced Ham Unsalted Butter Dijon Mustard Brown Sugar Garlic Cloves
Heat the butter and sugar in a small pot over medium-low heat until the butter has melted. Whisk in the mustard and garlic until combined. Remove from heat.
Pour water inside the pressure cooker. Place the ham on a trivet inside the cooker and brush with the mustard glaze on the outside and inside the spirals of the ham.
Pressure cook for 9 minutes. The pressure cooker may take 10 minutes to come to pressure. Once cook time has elapsed, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release all the pressure.
Slice ham and serve warm with your favorite side dish to accompany. Enjoy!
