STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE ICE CREAM BARS
Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bars are an easy dessert recipe with layers of vanilla & strawberry ice cream, a crumbled Golden Oreo topping and no-bake cookie crust.

TOPPING
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor; add cookies and pulse into crumbs. Add melted butter & combine.
CRUST
Press into baking dish; then add to freezer for 20 minutes.
In a food processor, zip-top bag or bowl; crush oreos into large crumbs. Add softened butter and combine with freeze-dried strawberry powder.
TOPPING
Remove ice cream & sorbet from freezer; when softened slightly, add ice cream to crust & return to freezer to harden (10-20 minutes)
ASSEMBLE
Repeat with sorbet; then a final layer of vanilla ice cream.
Sprinkle on the topping; then place in freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting into squares & serve!
FREEZE & SERVE
