Tender and crisp tri-color potatoes loaded with rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic and a sprinkle of parmesan. An easy and simple side dish made in the slow cooker.
Are you the person that likes to hang out by the side dishes on Thanksgiving or are you patiently waiting to grab a piece of the big bird?
I have to admit, I sometimes forget about the turkey and just load up my plate with a big heaping of sides. They are my favorite at any holiday gathering.
Speaking of favorites, these Garlic Rosemary Tri-color Potatoes are a family favorite and they couldn’t be more simple to make.
Just grab a bag of the multi-colored potatoes (or the Baby Dutch potatoes) and drizzle them with a little bit olive oil, fresh garlic and some herbs.
Everything gets tossed into the slow cooker and you’ll top it off with the lid and let it cook nice and slow until you get that crisp-tender goodness.
Since it’s made in the crock-pot, it’s one less side dish you’ll have to worry about in the oven.
You can cut them in half or quarters, whichever you like and the multi-colors make this dish so much more festive and bright.
To make sure they cook evenly, you’ll want to toss the potatoes around a few times while they’re cooking.
You’ll love how easy peasy they come together and your family will be fighting over how many they can pop in their mouth at your next gathering.
