- Pumpkin Caramel Latte

HOW TO MAKE THESE HOMEMADE LATTES
All of these recipes start off by steaming some milk in a saucepan over medium heat for a few minutes. Once the bubbles start to appear, remove from heat and start whisking until the milk gets foamy.
By using my K-Select™ brewer, I can make a delicious strong cup of coffee with the touch of a button and it’s ready to use for any of these lattes.
Pumpkin Caramel Latte
Full of cozy warm spices and a popular fall favorite.
This recipe starts off by brewing a Green Mountain Coffee® Pumpkin Spice Coffee K-Cup® pod and selecting the strong option. Then you’ll add a touch of maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice), pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon along with the steamed milk.
And of course, the toppings are the funnest part. You can choose to add your favorite whipped cream, a dash of cinnamon and drizzle of caramel sauce and chocolate shavings.
Graham Cracker Toasted Marshmallow Mocha Latte
Add a few toasted marshmallows to make this an extra cozy drink to enjoy by the fire.
You’ll start off by making the coffee by brewing the Green Mountain Coffee® Toasted Marshmallow Mocha Coffee K-Cup® pod and selecting the strong option. Add sugar (or sweetener of your choice), cocoa powder, vanilla extract and then stir in the steamed milk.
Top with whipped cream, some toasted marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
Peppermint Crunch Mocha Latte
There’s something about peppermint and chocolate that just screams the holidays. This festive favorite is a must once December hits.
Again, you’ll start off by making the coffee by brewing The Original Donut Shop® Peppermint Bark Coffee K-Cup® pod and selecting the strong option. Add sugar (or sweetener of your choice), cocoa powder, peppermint extract and then stir in the steamed milk.
Top with whipped cream, cocoa powder and some chopped candy canes.
Gingerbread Latte
Perfect anytime you’re craving the great taste of a gingerbread cookie without the extra work of making and rolling out cookie dough.
You’ll start off by making the coffee by brewing the Green Mountain Coffee® Gingerbread Coffee K-Cup® pod and selecting the strong option. Add maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice), cinnamon and cloves and then stir in the steamed milk.
Top with whipped cream, white chocolate shavings and crushed gingersnap cookies.

- 1 - 2 teaspoons sugar or sweetener of choice to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder plus more for garnish

- crushed candy canes for garnish
- 1/3 cup strongly brewed coffee Green Mountain Coffee® Gingerbread Coffee
- 3/4 cup steamed milk
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon plus more for garnish
- fresh whipped cream for garnish
- white chocolate shavings for garnish
- crushed gingersnap cookies for garnish

- To steam milk In a small pot over medium heat, add milk and heat until you start seeing bubbles (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat and whisk until foam forms.
- Pumpkin Caramel Spice Latte
- Brew coffee in your favorite mug; combine with maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon and stir well. Pour the steamed milk over top. Garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Graham Cracker Toasted Marshmallow Mocha Latte
- Brew coffee in your favorite mug; combine with sugar and cocoa powder and stir well.
- Pour steamed milk over top. Garnish with whipped cream, toasted marshmallows, and crushed graham cracker crumbs.
- Peppermint Crunch Mocha Latte
- Brew coffee in your favorite mug; combine with sugar, peppermint extract, and cocoa powder and stir well.
- Pour steamed milk over top. Garnish with whipped cream, crushed candy canes and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
- Gingerbread Latte
- Brew coffee in your favorite mug; combine with maple syrup, cloves, and cinnamon and stir well.
- Pour steamed milk over top. Garnish with whipped cream, white chocolate shavings, crushed gingersnap cookies and top with optional gingerbread man decoration.
