Not only is this vegan pizza easy, it's gluten free and ready in just 15 minutes!
Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Spread pizza sauce over the base.
Top with vegan mozzarella; & sliced onions.
Top with slice mushrooms; and tomatoes.
Wilt the spinach; then roughly chop and add to pizza.
Drizzle on olive oil; and add salt & pepper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, top with fresh basil & serve!
