Cauliflower Gnocchi is one of the most popular items at Trader Joe’s and is a delicious addition to almost any kind of meal. It’s all the rage and the hype is definitely real. How To Cook Cauliflower Gnocchi

The first and most important rule, do NOT follow the package directions.
You can make cauliflower gnocchi in the air fryer (my personal favorite), on the stove or bake it in the oven.
Ingredients you need for this Baked Feta Gnocchi
- Whole Cherry Tomatoes
- Olive Oil – I used Avocado Oil since that’s what I typically keep on hand
- Salt + Black Pepper
- Dried Herbs: the original recipe uses oregano
- Feta – feel free to use your favorite feta – I have tried using regular feta, goat’s milk feta, sheep’s milk feta and one 7-ounce block of Violife’s Feta Style and they are all delicious options.
- Garlic – minced
- Cauliflower Gnocchi – we like to make our cauliflower gnocchi in the air fryer but you can also bake them in the oven or cook on them in a skillet.
- Fresh Basil – chopped finely
Optional ingredients
- Lemon zest + lemon juice
- Dried herbs of choice: rosemary or thyme would be great
- Red pepper chili flakes
