No-Bake Nutella Caramel Cheesecake Pie

Let’s celebrate Pi Day with a pie! This No-Bake Nutella Caramel Cheesecake Pie is the ultimate decadent treat to satisfy that chocolate, caramel and hazelnut craving.

No-Bake Nutella Caramel Cheesecake Pie - Life made Sweeter 6.jpg

With the amount of guests we have had dropping by recently, I wanted to have a lot of different desserts ready to serve on hand.

Since I can’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen these days, no bake desserts are the perfect solution that will still impress your guests.

No-Bake Nutella Caramel Cheesecake Pie - Life made Sweeter 5.jpg

This No-Bake Nutella Caramel Cheesecake Pie will surely be a big hit with your guests leaving you with just an empty plate and barely a crumb left in sight.

The best part is that it is so easy to whip up taking only 20 minutes prep time.

Because there was going to be so much food and desserts at our house already, I decided to make a smaller 6″ pie that starts off with an oreo cookie crust. You can certainly double the ingredients for a larger pie.

The filling is a mixture of cream cheese, whipped cream (you can also use cool whip or whipped topping) Nutella, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Then another layer of whipped cream is smoothed on top.

It’s a rich, decadent and highly addictive dessert – I had a hard time not eating the filling up with a spoon.

More crushed oreo cookies, chopped Turtles® and salted caramel sauce were drizzled to the top making this the ultimate dreamy dessert for Nutella, caramel and chocolate lovers.

Happy Pi Day everyone!

Hope you get to celebrate today with some pie and wishing you all a wonderful weekend!

No-Bake Nutella Caramel Cheesecake Pie

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 6-inch round pie

Serving Size: 3-4

Let's celebrate Pi Day with a pie! This No-Bake Nutella Caramel Cheesecake Pie is the decadent treat to satisfy that chocolate, caramel and hazelnut craving.

    Oreo Crust
  • * 18 Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs
  • * 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Nutella Filling
  • * 1/2 cup of Nutella
  • * 1/2 cup of heavy or whipping cream or whipping topping like Cool Whip, thawed
  • * 4 ounce of cream cheese, softened (I used light)
  • * 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • * 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • *Whipped Cream Filling
  • * 1/2 cup of heavy or whipping cream or whipping topping like Cool Whip, thawed
  • Garnish (optional)
  • * 8 Turtles® chocolate, chopped
  • * 4-5 crushed Oreo cookies
  • * salted caramel sauce (I used Trader Joe's)

  1. In a medium bowl, use a fork to combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom and about 1-inch up the sides of a 6-inch springform pan. Place in the freezer while making the filling.
  2. Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, whip all the heavy cream for both the Nutella and Whipped cream filling on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream together the Nutella, cream cheese and vanilla extract on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Reduce the speed to low and gradually add the powdered sugar.
  5. Fold in half of the whipped cream with a rubber spatula until incorporated with the cream cheese mixture. Put remaining half in the refrigerator for the next layer.
  6. Add the batter to the chilled Oreo crust smoothing out top with a spatula. IMG_3589.jpg
  7. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes for Nutella filling to firm up a little bit.
  8. Spoon with the other half of the whipped cream or whipped topping smoothing with a spatula. IMG_3595.jpg
  9. Refrigerate until firm or at least 2-3 hours (or overnight) before serving.
  10. Before serving top with chopped Turtles ® and drizzle salted caramel sauce if desired.

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
