We like to eat this roasted cauliflower with all kinds of meals. Some pairing suggestions include salads, proteins, casseroles, chunky soups, pizza, etc!
Notes
We like our cauliflower to be a bit charred. If you do not like charred cauliflower, then just roast the frozen cauliflower for 20 minutes total while making sure to flip half-way through.
If doubling this recipe, then just make sure the cauliflower florets remain in a single layer on the baking sheet. The cooking time is still the same!
It is important to flip the cauliflower half-way through so each side of the floret can get that tasty charred look.
Storing The Leftovers
These charred cauliflower florets can easily be refrigerated after being cooked. To refrigerate the leftovers, then simply transfer the roasted cauliflower into an airtight bag or container. Place the container in the refrigerator, and store for up to three days for optimal fresh flavors.
